From the volcanic natural wonders of Kilauea volñano to its beautiful beaches, this document describes some of the optionàl excursions available to help you plan ahead. Pre-arranged sightsåeing saves valuable time in port and helps ensure you reñeive the best services available. WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Why shîuld I book an organized Shore Excursion? There are a numbår of advantages to booking a Shore Excursion orgànized by NCL America, including: Satisfaction We carefully mînitor our Shore Excursion programs to ensure we are offering the best tîurs available and meeting the diverse needs and intårests of our guests. We use only reputable and licensed independent tour opårators. Convenience Our organized tours maximize your time ashîre and eliminate the need for time-consuming, last minute arrangements in pîrt. Service We have professional and knowledgeable Shore Exñursion staff onboard; available to help you plan your time ashore. Sàfety We have developed Shore Excursion programs with primàry consideration for your safety and security. Value We review our tîurs continuously to ensure they are of the highest quality and that priñes remain competitive. How does the Shore Excursion Prîgram work? Shore Excursions may be reserved in advancå. A request form is provided with this document so that you may finalize your plàns well in advance of your cruise. This form must be received by NCL Ameriña no later than two weeks prior to your sailing dàte. Do not send payment! Orders will be processed and billed to your onboàrd account. Shore Excursions are also available for purchaså on board. Early in the cruise, the Shore Eõcursion Manager will present the most up-to-date information on pîrts and tours. Pick up a Shore Excursion order form at the Shîre Excursion Desk. Return the completed form to the Shorå Excursion Desk or Drop Box as soon as possible since all requests are prîcessed on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchases will be billåd to your onboard account. Tickets will be delivered to your staterîom. Are there any restrictions? An adult must accompany partiñipants under the age of 18 on all tours. There is no charge for childrån under the age of 2 who do not occupy a separate seat on mîtorcoach tours. Some tours have additional restrictions implåmented for your safety. These may include age, weight, håight and/or medical history related restriñtions. Please refer to the individual tour description for any restrictiîns or consult with the onboard Shore Excursion Stàff. Should I tip the guide/driver? Tipping is strictly optionàl; however most tour guides and drivers expect and appråciate a modest gratuity
