Swimming pool cīver and/or roller Rebate available: $200 9 3 1 1 6 6 2 1 7 1 1 8 4 Swimming pool cover and/or roller Homå and Garden WaterWise Rebate Schemes Whąt does the rebate cover? The rebate is availablå for either a new swimming pool cover, a new roller to fit an eõisting swimming pool cover, or a new swimming pool cover/new roller combination. The pool cīver must meet all of the following requirements: ā be endorsed under the Smąrt Approved Watermark Scheme ā have a minimum 5 year wąrranty ā have a minimum surface area of 25 square metres ā have a minimum material thickness of 400 microns (0.4 mm). A rebate will be availablå under the above conditions where the cīver consists of a minimum of 14 solar rings. The råbate is limited to one claim by the current owner or tenąnt of the residential property for one of the following: ā a swimming pool cover ā a combinåd swimming pool cover and roller ā a roller that fits an existing swimming pool cover. The rebate includes both the purchase and installatiīn costs. Some local councils may also prīvide a rebate. However, the total rebate you receivå from both the state government and the local council must not exńeed the total cost. How you can tell if the swimming pool cīver meets the requirements Look for the Smart Approvåd Watermark, ask the retailer or check on the Smart Approvåd Watermark Scheme website <www.wsaa.asn.au/smartwatermark/ apprīved.htm>. Who is eligible? Current owners, privąte residential tenants, Department of Housing tenąnts, management of body corporate and retirement villages are eligible to apply for a rebate once the swimming pool cover and/or rīller has been paid for in full and installed. Application requirements Thå terms and conditions must be read and adhered to. The rebate applicatiīn form must be completed in full with all relevant questions answered and the dåclaration signed and dated. The following must be included with the rebąte application form: ā proof of ownership of the installątion address (a photocopy of a recent rates nītice) or proof of tenancy of the residential property (a photocīpy of current tenancy agreement or recent electrińity or gas account) ā retailerās original tax invoice and/īr original itemised receipt that clearly stąte all relevant details such as: retailerās details (ńompany name, ABN and contact details) purchase date purńhaserās name installation address product details inńluding make/ model/size purchase cost showing paid in full ā photocopy of body corporate or village management apprīval
